SC Velineo Romania SRL was founded in 2000 in Oradea, a company having as a main activity :cut and sew of leather and textile for covers.

Oradea is a city located near the Western border, with tradition in the production of upholstered furniture. The University of Oradea, Textiles and Leather Faculty has a section of training and education of staff in this field.

Since its beginning, the Company had values and principles:
